Instructions for Use and Precautions
● The mobile air supply consists of 4 gas cylinders divided into 2 independent groups. A one-way valve controls the flow between the two groups of cylinders and the pressure will not backflow between them. The cylinders can be opened individually or in groups as needed. Each group of cylinders has a pressure relief valve to release high-pressure gas from the hoses for cylinder replacement, without affecting the low-pressure gas output from the regulator or the gas in the other group of cylinders.
● The mobile air supply is equipped with one 30-meter hose and two 10-meter hoses, allowing for a maximum combined length of 50 meters. The 30-meter hose is fitted with a three-way connector, enabling compressed air supply for two users simultaneously.
● Personnel using the long tube respirator must be fully trained before wearing it. Before use, ensure that the pressure of each air source meets the working pressure requirements. Perform regular checks before wearing to identify any faults or potential hazards with the respirator or mobile air supply. Do not use if there are malfunctions or risks. During use, if there is insufficient airflow, difficulty breathing, or any discomfort, evacuate the area immediately or switch to the emergency air supply for evacuation.
● During use, take care to protect the long hose on the mobile air supply to prevent it from coming into contact with sharp objects, corners, or corrosive substances, and avoid friction during dragging to prevent punctures, cuts, or scratches on the supply hose. If accidentally exposed to corrosive substances, rinse with clean water immediately and replace the damaged hose if necessary.
● If the mobile air supply cannot follow the user closely, assign a supervisor to monitor the air supply, alerting the user when the supply is running low or in case of emergencies.
